Lynne is a lifelong avid tennis player, originally from Portland, Oregon. She was a nationally
ranked junior tennis player and was an Oregon State 6A High School Doubles Champion. She went on to have an exceptional college tennis career on a full ride scholarship to Texas Tech University, a Division 1 school.

Lynne started playing pickleball in 2018 and plays at the Open (5.0+) level. She has competed in dozens of tournaments and has collected some medals along the way. In the past 2 years she has begun to play in the APP and PPA Senior Pro events. She is a Certified PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) Coach and enjoys competing, coaching and meeting new friends through the sport. Her passion is teaching the mechanics and strategy of pickleball to help others improve their game!

Dori had a tennis racquet in her hand at four years old and never looked back. As a junior player she won many gold medals throughout the state of Florida and captained her high school team. She went on to be a trainer and mentor in corporate America for the next 25 years, but she kept her hand in the tennis community. She took up Pickl
Dori had a tennis racquet in her hand at four years old and never looked back. As a junior player she won many gold medals throughout the state of Florida and captained her high school team. She went on to be a trainer and mentor in corporate America for the next 25 years, but she kept her hand in the tennis community. She took up Pickleball in 2021. The speed of the game and camaraderie on the court made her a fan for life. In 2024, she decided to get her PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) Coaching Certificate and combine her professional training experience with her lifelong love of teaching and mentoring to benefit the fastest growing community in sports. She and Lynne met in Franklin on the pickleball court and Carolina Mountains Pickleball was born.
